I installed this radio in my 2003 Winnebago Adventurer 35u to update my electronics and add bluetooth, although my original 1.5 din unit (AM/FM/CD/cassette) still worked just fine. There was no need to color the outside of the enclosed bracket with a marker (as noted in the instructions) since a black plastic rectangular surround which comes with the receiver covers this. The 1 1/2 din bracket is removed and not used. I had a little trouble figuring out how to secure the back of the receiver since there were no instructions for this but learned through trial and error. There is a metal rod which screws into the back (larger than the original for the original receiver). The rubber grommet pushes through the pin and wedges against the remaining bracket mounted above the opening of the receiver holding it in place. No wires to splice as I asked for the pigtail which made it simply plug and play. After learning the controls and setting up the receiver, it sounded fine except that AM is not as clear as it was before. I may have to go back and ensure the antenna lead is seated correctly in the receiver. The control buttons are very small and may be difficult to use when driving. For the price and ease of installation I don't think you can beat this product.

Installed in under a half hour. So glad I got the adapter, that made it really easy. Should be a mention in the instructions about the rear support of the radio.
