This was a perfect filler for the existing hole in my dash however I think it is overpriced for what you get. It did make short work in putting in my ne radio.
Looks good...could be more secure

I used this kit in replacing the OEM 1.5 DIN Magnadyne stereo in my Winnebago with a 1.0 DIN model. The installation was simple, straightforward, and relatively secure. It also looks great.
I am, however, a little disappointed that there is no means to firmly attach the kit, or mounting sleeve of the replacement radio, to the top of the hole in the dash left by the 1.5 DIN radio. Rather, it's held in place only on the bottom and lower sides.
Fortunately, I was able to bend the tab in the OEM mounting hardware and secure the radio using a mounting bolt at the rear of the radio (threaded hole in the heat sink). This cinched the radio up tight and made up for the lack of tabs or other means of securing the top of the adapter kit. All in all, and attractive and secure mount.
