Return Policy

Magnadyne takes pride in its products and we think you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you have a problem with your purchase, please call us at 800-638-3600 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, Pacific Time or email us anytime at support@magnadyne.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we can’t fix it, you can return your purchase anytime within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, no questions asked. Unless the product is defective, there will be a 20% restocking fee on all products returned for credit.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, please submit an email to support@magnadyne.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

Reason for Product Return:

If your return is approved, you will receive an RA Number via e-mail. All returns must have an RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Product received by magnadyne.com without an RA Number will be refused at point of delivery and returned to sender.

Defect Returns

All "eligible" defective products will be replaced or repaired on a one-for-one basis at our discretion. Product return processing takes approximately 3-4 weeks from the time magnadyne.com receives the product.

Credit Returns

Products returned for credit must be received in the original purchase condition, with all manuals, warranty cards, accessories and the magnadyne.com online sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returned orders with items missing will be refused. Return for credit processing takes approximately 2-3 weeks from the time magnadyne.com receives the product.
Unless the product is defective, there is a 20% restocking fee on all products returned for credit. Magnadyne will not refund shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Lost or Damaged Goods

  • Magnadyne is not responsible for loss or any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to us.
  • Magnadyne will not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or shipping.
  • All refunds will be credited to the MasterCard or VISA card or PayPal account originally used in the purchase. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to process a domestic return.
  • REMEMBER TO OBTAIN AN RA NUMBER BEFORE YOU SHIP BACK ANY PRODUCT.

Canceling Orders

Most orders enter the shipping process 30 minutes after you have placed the order. You may cancel an order within these first 30 minutes. We will make every effort to honor your written (e-mail) cancellation request. If your order has already entered the shipping process, the order will ship despite your request.
