I had issue from the start. called tech support and they said they would call me back. I never heard from them. I’m using Verizon LTE and it constantly disconnects and reconnects. I have a Verizon cellular phone service with no issues. I plan on returning it for a full refund
I haven’t used it yet however it is easy to install with the pre installed antenna on our new travel trailer. I didn’t get a backing plate for the unit but your tech support person “Jason” was very helpful with sending me one. Haven’t got it yet but he gave me the tracking number for it. Jason was very helpful also with giving me the information as to which unit I needed to order.

awesome support!!!
Nothing but issues activating the ATT Sim card. Come to find out. Website directs to AT&T site. Must use the Zipit site to activate all Sim cards. Suggest to call support before even trying to install/activate this system.
Jason is awesome! had a problem get to connect Jason is so knowledgeable..... Mark on the other hand is useless......
Customer support from Jason was excellent!
Took me several attempts to get connected. Never did get a confirmation email for the account set up. Haven't tried it in the field yet.
Customer service is great. The installation was simple and trouble free.
The system did not work well in our area. Having to return it. We had AT&T service and though my phones hotspot worked great this did not work. Good customer service though and I am sending it back for a refund.
Installation was pretty simple. I had to install the new mounting plate because my rv was equipped for an older version. But all the wiring was the same and it was easy to connect and complete the installation inside. On the roof, the part the fits up inside the antenna base was also easy to install and connect. Connecting to wi-fi was also pretty straight forward following the provided instructions. Connecting to LTE was a different story. I got the AT&T sim card, but was not given a username or password or any instructions how to set up an account. If I try to login without any credentials, it acts like it connects with the solid blue indicator light, but no internet is available and the status says it connected to Verizon instead of AT&T which I selected before connecting. I need both the wifi and LTE connectivity so still a little dissatisfied with the way it delivered without full instructions.
tHANK YOU
This is going to be slightly lengthy, but nowadays you rarely, if ever, see customer "care" after the sale - especially to this level. There's nothing worse than sitting in an aluminum can (RV) and both the WiFi and cellular signals cut in and out with constant buffering to your videos. Fortunately, I no longer have to worry about all that because of the Magnadyne RV-LINK system. I get full WiFi strength because the antenna's on the roof, and it even boosts (amplifies) the WiFi signal for faster speeds. I have full bars all the time! AND, I can use the LTE cellular signal wherever I am, even on the move - no WiFi needed. But even better than the RV-LINK system, is the customer service I received. I'm an older guy and I kind of messed up the rather easy installation. Even worse, during my failed attempt, I messed up the wiring, making it nearly impossible to figure out the wiring scheme. I didn't even know where to start looking for help, but decided to reach out to Magnadyne first. After patiently listening to me explain my dilemma, and before even assisting me, the customer service representative, Jason, went above and beyond and sent me a tool which he felt would help me decipher the wires (the wires I mangled the first time) we would use during the installation process. He walked me through, what had to be a very frustrating step-by-step installation explanation. With professionalism and patience and within 15 minutes, Jason had my system up and running! I'm now the envy of the RV park and the place to go during big ball game! If you suffer from weak internet and cellular signals in your RV and want a fantastic product from a company that actually cares about the customer, call Magnadyne! Thank you again, Jason!!
Had a problem on start up. Customer service is awesome fixed me right up !!!!
Poor customer service.
I am having trouble getting this set up I spoke with someone today and they we supposed to send me a link to help and that was 2 hours ago and nothing so far not happy with the situation I take responsibility for some of the trouble but be nice if I can get this working.
Easy to install and activate. Technician held a lengthy phone conversation with me and guided me through the entire process. This is a solid company and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I’m able to get clear tv and radio chanels. Basically the same ones I get on cable in my home.
My sales support specialist Jason was above and beyond and the best support person I’ve ever communicated with!
The tech was great he walk me thru the whole program need more like him great job
Very easy install, I’m blind in one eye so my 13 year old did all the antenna work on the roof. That’s very easy to do, get internet was not clear on connecting service but I got it worked out.
The equipment came early and was very easy to install. The set-up was not so easy and had to use their fantastic technical support to help me. They were very good and polite and efficient and willing to help.
Could not get ahold of technical support to get it hooked up.
Great experience and product and Mark was very helpful.
