4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of 1/4 inch.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate shallow dish, beat eggs.
