This install went well the first SD card did not work but when I called technical support they answered the phone and sent me a new card with a different instruction and that went well only experiment with it a few minutes but seems like it’s a better program but will know better in about five weeks when we leave for a long trip

Just upgraded the map and system on our M10.
Having recently purchased a used motorhome with this unit as a factory install noticed that there was latency in the startup of the unit. It would continually cycle before finally (after 15 to 20 minutes or so) start-up.
I called the company and learned there was an upgrade that would fix my problem. They would send the new system disc out. I mentioned that I would also like to upgrade the map if I did not have the latest version. Again, no issue. There is a charge for the map upgrade but who does not want the latest map in their motorhome. This whole process took about 10 minutes or less. The tech even mentioned that I could use the old map disc to load my song library and play through the system. Great idea, right.
Received the discs in less than a week, with detailed, pictured instructions. Installed the operating system disc update along with the map update with no issues. It was a great customer experience. Really appreciate the fine service I received on the phone and the detailed instructions.

Don't know yet. Waiting on the manufacturer to tell me if they can repair the SD drive that dislodged and fell into the unit or what the replacement is for the M10.

I really like the look and feel of my RV GPS system, but I remain disappointed that it does not include the street I live on; started 4 years ago and finished 2 years ago. It makes me wonder what other streets and road variations are not properly reflected in the database.

I was having some issues with Copilot on my RV, M11 radio and ordered the map upgrade as mine was old and I hoped it may fix the no-voice issue.
It installed easily but did not fix the no voice issue so I called customer service and spoke to Mark Jones who is a genus on these Magnadyne radios.
He walked me through resetting my radio and it know works great !!

So it works sort of. I had to send in for a replacement right away when the original unit sent to me wouldn't recognize the LTE card. Once I got the new one it recognized the card fine. I setup using the default plan that's recommended in the documentation. This was a terrible plan. I blew past the data limit in the first weekend, a matter of a like 3 days and it was very expensive. SO I changed to a different more usable hotspot plan. The only issue I have now is that sometimes it just loses internet connection. It stays connected to the router but it says "No internet", I can't even connect to the router to see the status of the router. When this happens, I can turn the router off and then back on and once it resyncs it seems to work again until it happens again. Also the boost/extend is only about half a mile (if that), so your LTE signal will need to be somewhat strong to start with. When it's working, it does a great job, but for a few more bucks I could have went with something with stronger boosting capability, but until I can upgrade, this will continue to suffice with the workarounds.
