Most of the problem we had was because Forrest River Rv did not install what they were supposed to. They made a mistake in their install and created a mess. I was able to get in contact with Mark J. and he provided the best customer service experience. With his help we now have a fantastic product to use.

I received my unit, installed it and ran into some problems getting the LTE to connect. I called Tech support and Josh was phenomenal! He talked my through everything and now it is working great!
Sent the wrong piece and it didn’t work for my camper.
Right part first time good people to work with
Trying to get an issue resolved is seeming impossible. We got the device all set up, it seemed fine then it said there was an error during the set up and we can’t get help to resolve the issue. 100% do not recommend.
The cost of service per month is an absolute joke. I’m incredibly upset at myself that I bought the equipment without doing my research.
Make it more user friendly. Have had non stop issues getting ahold of customer service. Non stop issues with getting internet connection. Used data in less than a week. Going to return item for sure.
This was easy to install, and the reception is great. I’m glad I found this product.
Installation was easy. Tech support was very helpful and professional.
Unfortunately our trailer did not come equipped to use the product but your customer service was great about trying everything to make sure it wasn't going to work before giving up and the refund was quick.
It works as advertised I used a t-mobile hotspot SIM card doesn’t help cell carrier signal but it does enhance the public WiFi But does not do both simultaneously I’ll try it at different locations but where I am for the summer I don’t use it Maybe I’ll try a different carrier like AT&T
