The ordering was effortless and easy, the product is a great - plug and play - replacement for the old radio in my motorhome and most importantly, I can't say enough about the quality of the customer / support service. It is so nice to get a live person to talk to. On top of getting a live person I made several call with questions and was always able get support and got someone that knew the hell what the were talking about (which is not the case now-a-days). Great Job, keep up the outstanding work.
Updated the Magnadyne stereo with cassette player that came from the factory in our Fleetwood Bounder. This unit has all the modern features we were looking for and yet looks like it came from the factory too.
Had a few other issues to figure out but the install went good. Instructions were easy to follow. I had to trim the mounting adapter to get a good fit.
super helpful customer support prior to ordering. I was really looking for a plug and play replacement stereo but was very happy to find out that they offer a custom wiring harness that matched my old dead stereo. I wanted to avoid tracing wires, etc. and this was fantastic. thank you!

I have a very old tour bus. The radio I needed was very hard to find. I spoke to Mark Jones about the DVD/CD radio and he sent me schematics, that would allow me to install my radio effortlessly. We did have to make modifications, however, it works wonderfully thanks to the extra help from Mark. Not only did Mark find the radio we could use, but he made sure I had time to install it before we were on the road again. Thank you Mark for all your help.
I sent you an email but got no response. Item was shipped with a blown fuse and no battery in the remote. A previous unit purchased from you had a remote battery. This left me feeling like I received a used or at least an open box item.
This was supposed to just be a replacement for the original radio in our 20-year-old coach. This one has all the new bells and whistles - USB ports, support for mobile phone, etc. Works like a charm!
I thought the unit would come with the correct wiring harness for my application. Since it didn't, I haven't been able to use the unit as of this time.
The built in microphone is hard to hear and breaks up to the other party during a call. I can reach the radio easily from the drivers seat so the radio distance is not too far. Everything else seems to work as it should however.
Very simple and easy to install. They made the wiring harness, which made the process essentially "plug and play". Sounds way better than the original Magnadyne am/fm cassette radio. So far, happy with the purchase.
I was having trouble with the install. Everything fit like a glove but my wiring was messed up. Mark the tex was a great help and we got it up and running. Thanks to all. Great job !
