Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken:
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, beat the egg. In another dish, mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each chicken breast first in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
